CSNCFL is the local workforce development board serving Alachua, Bradford, Columbia, Dixie, Gilchrist, and Union counties in North Central Florida. CSNCFL administers workforce programs under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) and other federal and state funding streams. This Request for Quotes seeks a qualified outreach and marketing firm to support CSNCFL’s mission of connecting job seekers and employers with workforce services in the region.

  • Question: Are Florida-based firms outside the North Central Florida region eligible to perform the work?
    • Answer: Yes
  • Question: Are subcontractors or specialist partners are permitted?
    • Answer: All services and subcontracted services shall be subject to prior written approval.
  • Question: Should pricing should be presented as a fixed fee, hourly structure, or both?
    • Answer: Pricing should be presented as an hourly rate
  • Question: Which outcomes will carry the most weight in evaluating outreach performance during the initial contract period
    • Answer: All proposed outcomes are equal when evaluating outreach performance.
  • Question: If a newly formed Florida firm participates as a named subcontractor to a prime respondent that independently satisfies the three-year operating history and other requirements, may the prime include that subcontractor’s relevant personnel, work samples, and delivery capabilities in its response?
