Response to requirement for posting IRS Form 990:

 

Form 990 is required for 501(c)(3) entities. We are not a 501(c)(3), we are a Governmental Entity created pursuant to F.S. 163. As such, “Treasury Regulation § 1.6033-2(g)(1)(vi)-specifically exempts governmental units and affiliates of governmental units from the Form 990 filing requirement.”
