Response to requirement for posting IRS Form 990: Form 990 is only required for LWDBs that are setup as a 501(c) non-profit. 

 

LWDB26 and the CSNCFL Council are operating as local government entity, and therefore do not meet the criteria to file a Form 990.  We are exempt from this reporting requirement.
