Phyllis Marty serves as Chief Executive Officer of CareerSource North Central Florida (CSNCFL), the workforce development organization serving Local Workforce Development Area 26 (LWDB 26). With more than 20 years of workforce development experience, Ms. Marty brings extensive knowledge and leadership to advancing workforce initiatives throughout North Central Florida.
As CEO, Ms. Marty provides executive leadership and strategic direction for CSNCFL, serving Alachua, Bradford, Columbia, Dixie, Gilchrist, and Union counties. She works closely with the LWDB 26 Board of Directors, Council of Elected Officials, employers, education and training providers, government agencies, and community partners to strengthen the region’s workforce and expand career opportunities.
Ms. Marty oversees the organization’s operations and workforce programs, with a focus on connecting job seekers with employment, education, training, and career advancement opportunities while helping businesses recruit, develop, and retain skilled talent.
Throughout her career, Ms. Marty has been committed to building strong partnerships and responsive workforce solutions that address the evolving needs of individuals, employers, and communities. Her leadership emphasizes collaboration, accountability, fiscal responsibility, innovation, and quality service delivery.
Through CareerSource North Central Florida, Ms. Marty works to strengthen the regional workforce and contribute to the economic vitality and continued growth of the communities served by LWDB 26.
