GAINESVILLE, FL — November 17, 2025 — CareerSource North Central Florida (CSNCFL) is sharing an important update for SNAP recipients across its service area: November 2025 benefits have now been issued to eligible households following the resolution of the federal government shutdown.
According to the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF), which administers SNAP in partnership with the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), the USDA authorized states to distribute full November benefits beginning November 13, 2025. As of 5 a.m. ET on November 14, all previously scheduled November SNAP benefits were successfully loaded to EBT cards. Recipients scheduled for later distribution will receive benefits on their normal issuance dates.
CSNCFL encourages SNAP recipients to:
- Regularly check the DCF website and ebtEDGE.com balances for updates.
- Refrain from submitting duplicate applications or renewals, which may slow down processing.
- Contact your nearest CareerSource North Central Florida career center for workforce assistance, training, or local support resources.
“We’re thankful that funding has resumed and benefits are being restored,” said Phyllis Marty, CEO of CSNCFL. “Our team remains available to connect individuals with employment, training, and support services to promote long-term stability.”
