The “Build Your Workforce Florida” Employer and Partner Showcase is hosted by the Florida Foundation for Correctional Excellence (FFCE) and the Florida Department of Corrections (FDC).
This unique event invites attendees to explore Florida’s in-facility career training programs that prepare justice-involved individuals for successful reentry into high-demand careers. Participants will tour live classrooms, meet job-ready individuals, and learn how state agencies are strengthening pipelines from incarceration to employment.
