The program engages young people by offering an alternative to the traditional school, 50% of time is spent in educational pursuits—namely a GED. 40% of the time is spent in construction/job skills training, and 10%is spent in leadership development.

Participants will receive a weekly stipend and incentives for benchmark completion. Successful graduates of the program will obtain their GED and 5 nationally recognized building credentials.
