This one-hour webinar covers the basics of preparing a buisness plan. Webinar will also discuss online resources that you can use to write your plan.

Monday, May 4, 1 PM.  Developing Pricing and the Cost Volume in Response to RFPs.

This webinar will enable participants to explain the basic steps in building the Cost Proposal ; recognize various pricing objectives and strategies and understand when audits may occur.

Monday, May 4, 6 PM.  The Secrets to Crafting a Digital Footprint.

As of October 1, 2015, liability for counterfeit fraud on chip card accounts will shift from the chip card issuer to business owners who have not upgraded to chip-activated terminals.  Experts will help educate small business owners understand how new payment technologies impact their business’ bottom line
