BUILDING CAREERS FOR VETERANS

The HBI program provides quality trades training for more than 170 windows of opportunity.

Congratulations to our first graduating class! Home Builders Institute (HBI) offers full scholarship training Florida veterans. Participants earn a nationally recognized trade credential recognized by the Department of Labor and National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).

HBI has an 80% job placement rate in the building industry trade for graduates. Training programs are taught in local communities across the country.

OSHA training available for veterans

HBI is offering a two-day OSHA course at no cost to veterans. The OSHA 10 Training is scheduled for Monday, December 8 and Tuesday, December 9 from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Participants must attend both days and provide their DD-214.
