Healthcare Biomanufacturing Occupational & Technology Training (HBOTT)

The Healthcare Biomanufacturing Occupational and Technology Training (HBOTT) program is a grant-funded program designed to allow employers to hire, train and retain qualified program eligible employees in permanent positions. To participate in this program, employers must complete a wage reimbursement application and submit to CareerSource North Central Florida. Successful employers will receive a wage reimbursement award and contract agreement. Private for-profit and private non-profit organizations are eligible to participate in this program. Public agencies and temporary employment placement agencies are not eligible for this program.

On-the-Job Training (OJT) Contract
CareerSource NCFL staff is ready to assist employers, assess applicants and refer the best-qualified candidates to meet the employers’ specifications for OJT positions. Reimbursement of the agreed upon designated percentage of trainee’s wages is a streamlined, simple monthly reporting process for the successful employer.
