TALLAHASSEE and GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Governor Rick Scott and the Florida Legislature reaffirmed their commitment to a strong workforce and economy with their recent appointments to the CareerSource Florida board of directors. Both McIntosh and da Frota have ties with CareerSource North Central Florida (CSNCFL), the regional workforce development board.
“The newly appointed members of our board of directors are proven leaders within their industries, organizations and communities. We look forward to working with them and our partners in economic development and education to create more opportunities for Florida’s families as we make Florida the global leader for talent,” said CareerSource Florida President and CEO Chris Hart IV.
McIntosh is serving his second term as CSNCFL Board Chair.
