Local employers served by CareerSource North Central Florida will be contacted between April 27 and June 8, 2017, to provide information on skills needs, job vacancies, and hiring practices. The skills survey is being conducted by Oppenheim Research under contract by the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity for CareerSource Florida. The purpose of the survey is to identify the types of skills needed by employers based on their hiring and staffing practices. The results will enable CareerSource North Central Florida and local education providers to better meet the skills needs of businesses in their area. All data collected will be held in strict confidence and used only for statistical purposes. No data from individual employers will be published.
