Powered by the Employ Florida Marketplace, our team of staffing specialists works with you to identify your goals, build a custom plan, and work side-by-side until you achieve success. Whether you’re a veteran, young adult (ages 16-24), or seasoned executive looking for your next opportunity, we can help. We get you in the right role your way through skills training, job placement services, and more. And it’s all provided at no cost to you.
An Integrated System
Backed by the federal Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act and the resources of the federal Wagner-Peyser Act, we provide career seekers an integrated, career-driven public workforce experience. We serve as a community hub. We have access to a network of state and federal training resources, eligible training providers, and motivated employers looking to provide paid work-based training.
Because of this network, we have the resources in-house to remove nearly any barrier for you as a career seeker.
If you’re getting back on your feet, our career centers can help remove barriers to gaining employment. If you’re ready to upgrade your skills, we provide resources for training and work-based experience all under one roof. If we can’t provide a service in-house, our staffing specialists are available to help you access one of our partners to get back into the workforce.

Our centers in Gainesville and Starke are open Monday-Wednesday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Thursdays 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. and 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Fridays.
Career seekers do not need an appointment to access the Resource Room and use our self-guided services. Services are first-come, first-served excluding veterans. Veterans may receive priority of service.
